Stylist Academy London Terms & Conditions

Appointments
Scheduled personal styling appointments will take place between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday To Friday and 10am-5pm on a Saturday. Evening appointments are available, but are subject to a £25 surcharge.

Bookings
All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. Full payment secures the date - all fees are paid in advance. 

Rescheduling
There may be situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. There is a charge of £25 per reschedule. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Stylist Academy via email (info@stylistacademy.co.uk) at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of your fee will be forfeited. If more than 48 hours notice is given we will deduct a £50 admin fee when refunding the fee.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our service we cannot offer refunds for a service that is carried out, whether it be online or in person. However our aim is always to exceed our customers expectations so we will endeavour to offer a voucher, if deemed necessary. This will need to be raised within a 7 day time period of the service being carried out. 

Initial Questionnaire
To ensure you get the most out of your session please complete your Initial Questionnaire form at least 1 week prior to your session.

PERSONAL STYLING GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers
Personal shopping gift experiences are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Which can be extended in some circumstances, such as pregnancy.

Arranging Sessions
The receiver of the personal styling gift voucher will just need to email us on info@stylistacademylondon.com and we will arrange the rest. All sessions take place in London UK, if you require us to travel outside of London please inform us via email in advance and we will see if a stylist is available for you.

Payment
You can pay by Debit, Credit Card or PayPal through the website. Alternatively we will take BACS transfer and International BACS transfer. Reasonable care is taken, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site. 

Travel Expenses
Additional travel fares apply if you are based outside of London Zones 1-6. 

Belongings
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the course of a personal shopping experience. Stylist Academy does not accept responsibility for any lost property during the course of style sessions.

Ongoing Support
Once your personal styling session is over, your stylist will continue to provide you with support. Should you have any questions in the 2 weeks after, call or text between 9am and 5pm, but please limit these calls to 5-10 minutes each. 
Should you require additional style advice or shopping support at some point in the future, please contact Stylist Academy to arrange a session. 

Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously at Stylist Academy and will never share your details with any third parties.
